Volunteer for Platform 51

volunteer laughingVolunteering for Platform 51 is a great way for you to share your skills or develop new ones while contributing to the valuable work we do with girls and young women.

We offer an encouraging and supportive environment whether you volunteer in one of our centres or at our head office in Oxford. We highly value both the time and commitment volunteers give to us.

Volunteering opportunities

You can get involved with youth work support, administration, basic skills, IT, cv writing and training, or volunteer in a centres' crèche.

We also offer practical initiatives such as arts and crafts, cooking, gardening and DIY.

If you are interested in volunteering at a local Platform 51 centre contact the centre.

If you’re interested in volunteering at our head office, contact Jennie Banks on 01865 304210 or email us at recruitment@platform51.org

Employee volunteering

If your company or organisation is interested in employee volunteering please email louise.sprackling@platform51.org or call 01865 304242 to find out about the latest opportunities.

"It's great coming to Platform 51 as I have been allowed to have a voice and be an equal. I have been encouraged to speak to people in authority."
