Depression Alliance
The Depression Alliance works to relieve and to prevent depression by providing information and support.
Journeys
Journeys is a Welsh charity offering online information support with a particular focus on depression and anxiety.

Together is a charity which supports people who experience mental distress to get what they want from life and to feel happier.
In an emergency
In an emergency visit your nearest accident and emergency department and ask to see the duty psychiatrist. NHS Direct (0845 46 47) will also offer medical advice at any time of the day or night.
