what we do
The Women's Health and Equality Consortium
The Women's Health and Equality Consortium (WHEC) is a partnership of women’s charities who share the common goals of health and equality for girls and women.
By pooling expertise, information and resources WHEC can speak with one voice and more strongly influence decision-makers and Government, making sure policy reflects the real needs of women.
WHEC is made up of these organisations:
- Platform 51 (lead partner)
- Positively UK
- Maternity Action
- Forward UK
- Rape Crisis
- Imkaan
- Women's Resource Centre
If you would like more information about WHEC and its network, please contact Zoe Palmer or phone Zoe on 020 7490 9510.
