I can't win

I recently moved into a hostel
I'm 17 and I recently moved into a hostel. I applied for benefits about a week ago because I'm living on £30 a week. I find the hostel a bit lonely. I went there because of family problems.
When you're in a hostel you can't work over 16 hours, and at the moment while I’m not working my rent is £5 a week. If I worked it would be £187 a week. It's silly really. It's too much money for one small room. You share the bathroom and the kitchen. You get looked down on when you haven’t got a job but you get into debt when you do have a job. I can’t really win either way.
