Health and wellbeing: young mums
I am not a slapper
by Sarah
I am fed up with people thinking that because I had my daughter so young that I am a slapper
I was 15 when I had my daughter, and I am fed up with people thinking that because I had my daughter so young that I am a slapper and on drugs and only got pregnant so that I could get benefits. Why are some people so small-minded?
I am now 22 and my daughter is my world, I put her before anything, I work and my partner works, we do not get any benefits and we do not take drugs, shoplift or sleep around.
I think all young mums need to be respected; after all we are mums, just younger than some.
